We turned that same standard into a manufacturing operation. Today, Acme runs a USDA and FDA compliant, SQF-certified facility in Louisville, Kentucky, built to give restaurants, food trucks, retailers, and entrepreneurs the same flavor consistency and production quality that national chains spend millions developing in-house — without the corporate price tag or the minimums that shut smaller brands out.
Barbecue sauces, hot sauces, marinades, dry rubs, and spice blends. Pizza sauce, smoothie concentrates, seasoned butters, icing, and chocolate fudge. Savory or sweet, liquid or dry — if it started as a bottle, a cup, or a pouch in your kitchen, or a blend on your prep line, we can take it to production scale without it losing what made it yours. Whether you're a food truck with one signature sauce or a retail brand ready for its next SKU, we manufacture to your recipe, not a generic house formula.
If you've already got a recipe — your grandmother's rub, your food truck's secret sauce — our job is to match it exactly, batch after batch. If you don't have one dialed in yet, we'll help you develop it: refining flavor, adjusting for shelf stability, and costing it out so it actually works at scale. Either way, nothing goes to full production untested. Every recipe runs through a test batch first, sized and tasted for your approval, so what you sign off on is exactly what you get when we run it for real.
What happens after a batch comes off the kettle matters as much as the recipe itself. Finished product is sealed through our Cryovac pouching systems to your exact target weight, then run through a conveyor chill bath that brings it down to a safe temperature fast. From there, depending on what you need, product either moves through boxing and palletizing for freight-ready pallets, or goes straight into on-site cold storage as-is, ready for pickup or your next step. Everything ships out from our own loading docks, so you're not juggling a separate packaging house or warehouse on top of your manufacturer.
We're USDA and FDA compliant and SQF-certified, operating out of our Louisville, Kentucky facility — the kind of documentation retail buyers, distributors, and foodservice accounts check before putting their name on someone else's production line.
Chain restaurants who need every location tasting the same. Food brands who've outgrown their own kitchen. Deli programs at convenience stores. Distributors who need a manufacturing partner they don't have to babysit. If that's you, we'd like to hear what you're trying to make.
